    Hello

Do you want to talk about the Console app?

If so, it is a tool to help monitor the Mac’s operation...

See for example this page where it says:

    Display diagnostic and usage information
You can use the Console app to view diagnostic and usage information sent to Apple.

    Open Console.

In the Console toolbar, click Show History List.

If you see Hide History List, that means the history list is open.

Hover over Diagnostic & Usage Information, then click Show.

If you see Hide, that means the section is open.

The Console app displays diagnostic and usage information even if you have not enabled automatic report sending.

SubmitDiagInfo entries indicate when diagnostic and usage information has been sent to Apple.

If you have logged in as an administrator, you can view any item in that section. If not, you can only view user diagnostic reports. For security reasons, some system diagnostic and usage information is sent only if the session was opened by an administrator.

    Best regards

Thank you but it’s a bit complex for me. Is it a problem to have information about this app, for example if I’m not the one using the computer, or if it goes for repair? Thanks in advance, and can these potential informations be deleted?

What is the point of erasing this information if the computer has not been used fraudulently?

thank you yes of course but in the case of a repair as I had to do with my old mac, could a technician fraudulently use your computer 'of course' but you will tell me 'if you trust no one repair it yourself' he would risk being fired, do you have unlimited trust in you? honestly not and I know I had it repaired once by a technician who works from home and he rummaged through my computer excuse all these details I did not want to bother you thank you very much for your answers regards cris

      Hello,

In the various reports and history of this console, you will never find confidential information. No name other than the abbreviated user name. No password, no last name, no addresses, nothing personal, nothing usable by a fraudster or a thief. Absolutely nothing personal or compromising.

      Best regards
