Issue with torrents

Hello everyone,

I have been trying to download torrents for several weeks now. I have tried BitTorrent, uTorrent, and even Vuze. Every time, even for torrents with thousands of seeders, everything stays stuck at connecting to peers 0%.
I have one PC running Windows 8 and another one running Windows 10... nothing works.
I tried on my phone with Wi-Fi on the box, same result... If I switch to 4G, the downloads start.
Just to let you know, I am with Bouygues Telecom, and all the torrents were chosen with a strong seed from different sites. Could it be that the operator, strong enough to pocket your money but much less so to solve your problems, has blocked torrents? Do I need to open ports on the BBOX?

Thank you for your help.

Not all torrents are illegal... there are also files that have fallen into the public domain! Personally, I think we're a bit too controlled to risk a confrontation with Adopi.
As for the rest, the firewall is disabled on the PC and on the bbox
I opened a port on the bbox with the port given by uTorrent... still the same.

I know I don't post often, and my question may seem trivial, but it would be great to get some help.
Why does a torrent work perfectly on a phone when it's on 4G, but stops when it's on the Bbox... just like my two PCs, one on Win8 and the other on Win10?
I can't use all my quota on my phone!
The problem must be with the Bbox. Who can help me?
Your informed opinions, please, thanks.

Hello,

Assuming you're downloading The Magic Flute and The Lost World version 1925: Could your provider have cut the tap?

If so, there are workarounds like VPNs or seedboxes.
