Slow torrent seeding with VPN

Hello,

I have a problem with torrent seeding since I started using a VPN. Before that, I was using uTorrent, which allowed me to go up to 1MB/s in seeding.

But after installing Cyberghost VPN, the seeding has significantly dropped: I rarely exceed 100KB/s. The download speed is not affected at all, reaching up to 1.5MB/s.

I switched to BitTorrent, and I also tested various connection locations with the VPN, but nothing works. I can't seed more than that.

    I believe it's normal because VPNs, regardless of which ones, can slow down the bandwidth.
