Installation virtualbox et problème en installation windows

Bonjour j'ai installé virtualbox Version 5.0.14 sur Windows xp 32 bits et lorsque j'ai fait la configuration sur widows server la partie systeme processeur ne fonctionne pas
lorsque j'ai installé windows server 2012 r2 64bits j'ai un probléme lors d'ouverture le fichier de windows .iso on a d'echec d'ouverture
voila ce code:

Bonjour,

Je ne suis pas sur qu'un OS x64 (64 bits) puisse s'installer sur une version de Virtual Box en 32 bits.

Il faudrait essayer avec une version 32 Bits de Windows Server pour voir.
