Hello,
I have a 60-inch Samsung plasma TV model PN60E6500EFXZC, and my 3-year-old grandson hit the bottom of the screen with a toy, causing a star-shaped crack on the screen glass. About 5 days later, we were watching TV, and suddenly there was no image, but there was still sound. We turned the TV off and on again, and it flashed with an orange band at the bottom of the screen. Could the star-shaped crack in the screen glass be responsible for the loss of image, or could it be a malfunctioning module in the TV? Thank you very much in advance for your dedication to responding online.
