Easy cash purchase

Hello,
I tried to make a purchase on the Easy Cash website and it says payment refused.
I have a Visa card, I've checked, and I have money in my account.
Otherwise, I made a purchase of 28 euros on another site and my card went through.
There’s no issue with the limit.
Also, it shows me an error code which is 30001180.
I looked on some websites.
The error code says maximum scoring reached.
What does that mean?
If someone could help me, that would be nice.

    Hello
My bank, when I called them, told me that there hadn't been any purchase attempts on this site
And otherwise, this month, I only bought something for 23 euros
And what does the message in English mean?
    maximum scoring reached

      Re:

Scoring is a system for tracking and recording the credit 'balance' history of a card. It is recorded and can be communicated to banks, at least in the USA. This allows a bank to deny a credit card to a new client with a poor history. When the 'scoring' becomes bad, the client is informed by a message.
To my knowledge, this system does not exist in the EU.

I suspect a 'bug'. The bank should have been able to tell you more.

Are you a regular client of Easy cash? If so, have you had any problems with them?

      A+
