Connection of a Philips 55 TV device

Hello,
I would like to detect and connect my TV to my PC, or rather my PC to my TV. It is found in "Add devices" and I even managed to pair it, but when I click on "Connect," it does not find it... I am working with Windows 10, and it shows me "Check if your router is turned on and connectable." I have tried everything and I can't get it to work.
