2 options in Excel:
Taskbar / Window /
1st Option Split
The sheet is divided above and to the left of the selected cell, and the 4 panes are independently movable vertically and horizontally according to the displayed cursors
2nd option: freeze panes, the setup is the same, but the left and top panes remain fixed

Sorry about this morning, but what is the difference between what you say and, I quote myself:
"The sheet is cut above and to the left of the selected cell"
And to freeze panes:
"the configuration is the same, but the left and top panes remain fixed"

To freeze the first row and the first column, select cell B2 and in the Window (or View) menu click on 'Freeze Panes'.
