Bonjour,
Nouveaux problèmes
1/Je n'ai plus accès à EDGE, l'icone a disparue de la barre des taches !!
2/ Quand je click droit sur le fenêtre "rechercher sur le web et dans de Windows, il ne se passe rien
3/ Quand je click droit sur le logo Windows en bas à gauche de l'écran rien ne se passe !!
je n’ai plus donc accès à mes programmes a part ceux pour lesquels j’ai créé raccourci sur le bureau

    Essayer le clic droit sur démarrer sur invité de commande (Admin)

    et tapé la commande suivante sfc /scannow vous laisser finir le scan vérifier les erreurs affiché et vous fermer la fenetre et rédémarrer

      Résultat sfc/scannow:
      La protection des ressources Windows a trouvé des fichiers endommagés, mais n'a pas réussi à TOUS les réparer.
      Détails dans le journal Cbs.log.windir\logs\cbs.log. Par exemple c: windows\logs\cbs.log
      Notez que la journalisation n'est pas prise en compte actuellement dans les scénarios de service hors cnnections
      c windows system 32 windir logs !!
      Vouss savez comment accéder à ce journal ,??

        Tu suit le chemin indiqué tu va sur c: clic sur windows\ clic sur logs\ clic sur cbs\ et tu a un fichier texte .cbslog

      La protection des ressources Windows a trouvé des fichiers endommagés, mais n'a pas réussi à TOUS les réparer.
      Détails dans le journal Cbs.log.windir\logs\cbs.log. Par exemple c: windows\logs\cbs.log
      Notez que la journalisation n'est pas prise en compte actuellement dans les scénarios de service hors cnnections
      c windows system 32 windir logs !!
      Vouss savez comment accéder à ce journal ,??

    essayer un simple redémarrage en mode sans échec comme ceçi :

    Quand vous êtes sur votre session faire:
    - Ctrl + ALT + Suppr
    A partir de là, maintenir la touche SHIFT enfoncée jusqu'à la fin de la procédure. (SHIFT est le bouton flèche vers le haut, en bas à gauche du clavier)
    - Cliquer sur le bouton éteindre en bas à droite de l'écran, cliquer sur "redémarrer"
    vous etes maintenant sur une page bleu
    relacher bouton SHIFT
    clic sur choisir une option
    dépannage
    parametres
    redémarrer(en bas de la fenetre)
    choisir f4 (mode sans échec)
    laisser charger windows
    une fois sur le bureau les icones seront plus gros
    faite redémarrer
    essayer maintenant quand vous etes revenu sur votre bureau normal

    essayer ceçi :

    avec les touches du clavier faites :

    ctrl+alt+suppr

    le gestionnaire des tâches s 'ouvre ou l 'ouvrir
    ensuite sur Fichier (en haut à gauche)
    puis sur Nouvelle tâche (exécuter)
    cocher la case en dessus pour avoir les droit administrateur
    taper dans la case ouvrir: cmd
    puis une fenetre s'ouvre taper ou copier/coller cette commande

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    La réparation de l’image de Windows 10 effectuée, redémarrez votre PC.

    Si le menu Démarrer ne fonctionne toujours pas, essayez la méthode suivante
    Cliquez droit sur le bouton Démarrer et sélectionnez Invite de commandes (admin)
    Entrez powershell puis faites Entrée touche du clavier
    copier/Collez la commande suivante dans la fenêtre Powershell

    Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

    Attendez que le processus se termine

    sinon en créant un nouveau compte administrateur
    Le service Pare-feu Windows doit être démarré pour que cette solution fonctionne !

    bonjour ,

    me revoilà suite à un probléme de santé (dents)

    Vous pouvez suivre ces étapes:

    Appuyez sur les touches (Windows + R) de votre clavier tapez services.msc ensuite désactivez Client DNS

    Relancez de nouveau Microsoft edge.

    Si non pour le dysfonctionnement lié à Cortana:

    1. Ouvrez une fenêtre de l'administrateur CMD (clic droit sur le bouton démarrer ou touche clavier Windows+X). Si vous ne pouvez pas, employez ces étapes :(

    2. a: Appuyez sur CTRL ALT SUPPR en même temps.

    b: Cliquez sur Gestionnaire des tâches.

    c: Cliquez sur "Fichier", puis "Exécutez une nouvelle tâche"

    d: Dans la case écrivez: PowerShell (sans oublier de cocher " Créez cette tâche avec les privilèges d'administration.").

    e: Une fois que PowerShell s'est lancé, inscrivez les commandes suivantes

    dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

    puis entrée touche du clavier

    3. Si les commandes ci-dessus ne donnaient pas de résultats, appliquez de nouveau les étapes (2.a b c d e)
    clic droit sur le bouton démarrer ou touche clavier Windows+X
    copier coller cette commande

    PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted

    puis entrée touche du clavier

    PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted

    bonjour ,

    essayer un simple redémarrage en mode sans échec :

    Quand vous êtes sur votre session faire:
    - Ctrl + ALT + Suppr
    A partir de là, maintenir la touche SHIFT enfoncée jusqu'à la fin de la procédure. (SHIFT est le bouton flèche vers le haut, en bas à gauche du clavier)
    - Cliquer sur le bouton éteindre en bas à droite de l'écran, cliquer sur "redémarrer"
    vous etes maintenant sur une page bleu
    relacher bouton SHIFT
    clic sur choisir une option
    dépannage
    parametres
    redémarrer(en bas de la fenetre)
    choisir f4 (mode sans échec)
    laisser charger windows
    une fois sur le bureau les icones seront plus gros
    faite redémarrer
    essayer maintenant quand vous etes revenu sur votre bureau normal

    je ne sais pas s'il y a virus ou pas en tout cas Windows defender ne m'a rien signalé !!
    après plusieurs tentatives infructueuses ma connexion internet s'est rétablie subitement alors que j'étais en train d'imprimer un document !!! ???
    depuis tout semble fonctionner correctement avec mon nouveau compte; pour combien de temps ?? avec W10 il faut s'attendre à tout !!

    puis je supprimer mon compte d'origine qui ne fonctionne toujours pas ou le conserver en attendant des jours meilleurs ??

    bonjour ,
    avant tout creer un point de restauration :

    clic droit sur le bouton démarrer ou touche clavier Windows+X
    rechercher
    taper : Système
    puis sur votre gauche clic sur la ligne Protection du système
    verifier ou activer la restauration systéme:
    Sélectionner votre partition système C (mettre en surbillance)
    puis clic sur Configurer et cocher la case ou le rond : activer la protection du systéme
    fermer la fenetre protection du systéme pour windows (c)
    ensuite clic sur creer
    dans la case marquer par exemple : ordi ok du 20 janvier à 14h00

    vous pourrez supprimer par la suite votre premier compte :

    https://www.proservices-informatique.fr/supprimer-compte-utilisateur-windows-10/

    verifier que tout marche avant. (courrier si vous l 'utiliser ou windows store )

    et le mieux par la suite serait de passer à un compte local:

    1/ parametres
    2/ comptes
    3/ votre compte
    4/ sur votre droite: Se connecter plutôt avec un compte local
    5/ Saisissez le mot de passe de votre compte en ligne Microsoft et cliquez sur Suivant
    6/ Choisissez un nom pour votre compte utilisateur (votre prénom par exemple), un mot de passe (confirmez-le) ainsi qu'une indication pour vous aider à vous rappeler votre mot de passe en cas d'oubli. Cliquez sur Suivant.
    7/
    Cliquez enfin sur Se déconnecter et terminer. Votre session actuelle est fermée et vous pouvez vous identifier avec votre compte local. Vos données sont enregistrées uniquement sur votre ordinateur.

    Pour modifier le nom de votre ordinateur

    un clic droit sur CE PC, puis cliquez sur Propriétés.
