Hello,
  • Try using a different browser (Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome).
  • If that doesn't work, try clearing the browser cache and cookies.
  • Try restarting the computer.
  • Try restarting the router.


If it still doesn't work, press the Windows+R keys simultaneously, then type 
cmd
and validate with Ctrl+Shift+Enter, then enter the following commands: 

ipconfig /flushdns netsh winsock reset netsh winhttp reset proxy netsh winhttp reset tracing netsh winsock reset catalog netsh int ipv4 reset catalog netsh int ipv6 reset catalog netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt ipconfig /release ipconfig /renew
