How to reset a Samsung CJX-1050W printer

Hello,
My printer is stuck with this message
"Printer error. Remove all paper. Press OK to continue. (code 3528)"

Of course, I removed the paper and pressed OK. I even turned it off and back on... But the message is still there.

Can someone please help me?

    Hello
    Disconnect your printer for a while, a few minutes.
    Then reconnect it, and if that doesn't work try reconfiguring the printer with Troubleshooting

      I did what you instructed me. But the computer says "no problems detected."

      I think I need the procedure to reset my printer or an unlock code.
