Hello,
I just refilled the toner in my Samsung M2020 printer cartridge. The problem is that it still shows that the toner is at 0%. How can I reset the software (because I tried to do the manual reset by pressing the reset button on the printer but I get the same result)?

Hello,
The toner cartridges for the Samsung M2020 printer have a chip that needs to be replaced after each refill so that the printer can recognize it as new.
