Hello, how is it that when I go to a web page like the team page, I can’t read the video? the page displays with comments and everything but the video is missing! On YouTube it works.

Good evening, it works on Google Chrome. So if I understand correctly, it's Adobe Flash Player that doesn't work with Firefox.

  Flash is integrated into Chrome, so it cannot malfunction on it. For Firefox, however, manual installation is necessary. Right-click the Start menu -> click "Programs and Features" -> then look for Flash in the list. Once you find it, take a screenshot and post it here. Best regards, KaKi87.

Adobe Flash Player is indeed present. I don’t understand—everything was working a few days ago, now for 2 days I can’t read this kind of video. But on YouTube and Dailymotion it works without any problem.

  Actually drop the beta version, I just saw that Chrome uses the same one and the video still works.
  This matter is really strange.
  Click on "Update now" at the Shockwave for Director line, there might be a report.
