Slideshow plus video for broadcast on TV?

It's hard to respond because each case is unique and it doesn't always work very well. So you need to run tests.

For the video to display automatically, you have to plan it in PowerPoint and that depends on the version you haven't specified.

For the slideshow to be readable on a TV, you need to save it in a video format, and that's feasible depending on the versions.
And in the end it results in a video within a video, that's why it's not so obvious...
