Good evening

Download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware here
https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/securite/14361-malwarebytes-anti-malware/
  • Install it (make sure to choose French; do not change the installation settings)
  • Uncheck the box to Activate the free trial of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Premium at the end of the installation
  • /!\ Users of Vista/7/8/8.1: right-click on the MalwareBytes Anti-Malware shortcut and select Run as administrator
  • Click on Update in the Dashboard to update the database.
  • In the Scan tab, select Threat Scan then click on Scan Now.
  • Once the scan is complete, click on Quarantine All then click on Apply Actions
  • (If a message asks to restart the PC to complete the removal, accept)
  • The report is available in History > Application Logs. (Make sure to choose the most recent one)
  • You select the file and request to view it
  • At the bottom left a button export; click on it and choose text file and then choose where to save it so you can post it in your next reply by hosting it on cjoint

Hello,
I can't find any Yandex toolbar, but it appears when I try to open certain sites, particularly adult sites or the customer service sites of my internet provider.
Thank you.

Have you tried resetting them?
Otherwise, try zhpcleaner

Okay, I'm going to try the reset, but I've already done that for zhpcleaner; I provided the link at the top of the page in my first message.

No, it’s zhpdiag that you’ve done
Your DNS has been modified.

Ok, so I'll redo that as soon as I get home. Thank you once again for your valuable help. I'll write to you again after I’ve done it. Have a good day.

Good evening,
I did what you asked me to do, i.e. reset the browsers, it didn't help, then I downloaded ZHPCleaner and ran the scan, here is the link: http://www.cjoint.com/c/ELkrvbdxKof

Just a small clarification that might be important that I forgot to mention, even when I use another computer or smartphone, I have the same issue, and when I use a different connection, for example: a mobile internet dongle, with the same computer I can access all the sites I want.

Did you do a DNS reset?

no, I haven't done it, I have no idea what it is at all

I just checked what it is online, and actually when I connect with another connection, I have no problems. When I asked around me, they told me it might be related to my IP address and that I should reset my ADSL account with my provider.

Your DNS points to Yandex

So he needs to restore the default DNS.
With DnsJumper for example.

He chooses "restore DNS" and then clicks on Apply DNS.

Because without doing this, Yandex will always show up.

I downloaded DNS Jumper v2.0. At first, I didn't know which one to choose because there was a whole list, so I set it to default DNS, but that didn't work. Then I set a custom DNS, and I chose Google Public DNS, and now the problem is solved. I don't know how to thank you; I finally got rid of Yandex and learned a lot with you. Is there a way to share or something I could do?

I also did the same thing with my Android smartphone using the WiFi Setting app, it works very well.
