    OK, but you must have opened it, listened to the noises, unplugged it, etc.? What did you see or hear?

    -- I think the heating element in the cylinder is dead and also the Corona wires might be cut...

    -- Otherwise, the circuit board... but if the message is displayed correctly, it should be working.

    -- Paper jam, empty toner...?
