when I try to print it asks me to save the file! Why?
I have an HP Deskjet C4680 printer and Windows 7!

      Thank you for replying to me, Laurent.
      Yes, everything is well installed; in fact, after taking a screenshot I was able to print the page... But directly, as usual, it asks me to save the file, then when I click on "cancel", a window opens telling me that "an unknown error occurred during printing"!!! o_O

      It's strange,

      Did you install the software that came with the printer, or did W7 automatically install a driver?

      If you did it yourself, it might be helpful to uninstall the printer, restart your computer, and reinstall it.

        Thank you, it must be a temporary bug... I've had it for years but I rarely use it... I'll see the next time I need to print... but it's true that generally "uninstalling and reinstalling" solves everything.... Thank you.
