Hello,

I am still receiving calls, but I can no longer make calls: the number is dialed correctly, but then there is silence or an uninterrupted tone. My service provider (VOO) advises me to adjust the phone following the manual – there is no reference to this kind of problem? Can you help me please?

    Hello Jean,

    In order to try to resolve the issue of outgoing calls, please perform the following steps:

    1. Unplug the base from the power outlet and remove the batteries from each handset. After a few minutes, reconnect everything.

    2. Please go to MENU > Services > Reset.

    3. Insert new batteries and try again.

    4. Reset your box if your line is connected to the Internet.
