Hello everyone,
Do you know if we don’t have the full amount for the game, my wallet has some money but not enough for the purchase of a game?
If I use my credit card, will it charge me the whole amount or just what I'm missing?
I sent a message to support on Monday but haven’t received a reply even though they processed my message.
Thank you.

So I just received a message from PSN support, it's exactly what I was afraid of, they take the full amount of the purchase on the credit card if there's not enough in the PSN wallet
The PSN wallet is no longer useful, you might as well buy it in stores or order it or just link your credit card to PSN
even though I didn't pay attention to the initial price, they know exactly how to squeeze money out of you, hackers manage to hack their stuff and then you’re missing your 5 miserable euros because their software sees there’s enough rather than taking what's in the wallet and adding what’s missing
It's really shameful!

It is possible to use prepaid cards (PlayStation cards) for your purchases. It's pretty good if you're afraid of hacking... Which is extremely rare on Sony's servers.
Furthermore: hackers manage to hack their stuff
I didn't quite understand what you were trying to say?
What I regret is having to pay again from my credit card for the amount I had already put into the wallet.
They should account for the wallet and then add via a credit card.
It's consumer fraud.
It's not a matter of price; I can get a game, but their system is
unfair; it's disappointing.
I won't buy PSN cards anymore; I'll just use my credit card directly.
My mistake will serve as a lesson.
Thank you for your advice.
