Hello,
I have an interactive plush toy to customize for my 2-year-old daughter. A year ago, I personalized it by downloading the Explor@ Park software (the sound of the music made my computer crash...) back when I was using Windows 7.
Since switching to Windows 10, I can't even install the software; an error message tells me:
"A connection error has occurred. Please ensure that your computer is properly connected to the internet and that no software, such as a firewall, antivirus, or anti-spyware, is likely to block the connection."
I have always used Avast as my antivirus; I disabled it during installation and nothing happened. I tried troubleshooting compatibility by changing the versions, but it doesn't make any difference.
Thank you in advance if you have a solution.
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 46.0.2490.86

Sincerely, VTech is no longer a company that exists. You make us buy things that don't work. This is pathetic on your part. Go to hell, I paid 119 euros for mine. What a waste.
