Hotel mode tv grundig 40vle2012ec locked

Hello everyone, I've been struggling for three weeks with my Grundig TV model: 40vle2012ec which is stuck in hotel mode!!! The screen turns on but I can't do anything or enter the menu either with the remote or manually.
Does anyone know how to unlock it? There's no 'i' button on my remote.

    Language, country, and operating mode selection
    3 Select the mode with the »<« or »>« buttons and press »OK« to confirm.
    - The settings used in the »Home Mode« help you save
    energy.
    - The menu item »Shop Mode« that the retailer can use to showcase the functions of the device can also be selected.
    Notes:
    Exit the »Shop Mode« by restoring the default settings of the TV
    (see page 41)

      Good evening, the problem is that I can't select anything, I don't have access to the menu unless I unlock it... nothing happens when I press the buttons on the remote or on the TV. Thank you anyway.

    Try on the television:

    Turn off with the television's button
    unplug for 2 minutes.
    plug back in
    press and hold the menu button on the television
    turn on the television with its power button..

    See if a menu appears and if the remote allows you to deselect hotel mode

        Hello,
        I had done the same manipulations and nothing, I called a Darty repairman and he told me that the TV was not in hotel mode but that it was the main board!!!!
        I'm not a TV repairwoman, I believed him, and given the cost of the trip and the repair, it was better to buy a new TV... sorry I can't help you. Good luck to you.
