Hello,
Here is my issue
I have a Samsung Galaxy S III mini GT-18190.
Since yesterday morning, the Wi-Fi and mobile data turn on by themselves, without me touching anything. If I turn them off, they reactivate again in a minute.
I have reset the phone, but it still persists.
NB: I have no other applications installed that could be the cause since I haven't installed anything else after the reset.
Thank you for helping me, please.

Hello,
Have you tried disabling the Wi-Fi and data through "Settings" and not just by pressing the shortcut buttons on the interface?-

Here is the list: Camera, Calculator, ChatON, Chrome, Clock, Contacts, Downloads, Email, Flipboard, FM Radio, Gallery, Game Hub, Gmail, Google, Google+, Help, Internet, Local, Maps, Memo, Messages, Chat +, MP3 Player, My Files, Navigation, Phone, Play Magazines, Play Movies, Play Music, Play Store, S Calendar, S Suggest, S Voice, Samsung Apps, Settings, Talk, Video Player, Voice Recorder, Voice Search, YouTube, Google Settings.
That's all, even if some may not be applications, I wanted to include everything to avoid mistakes.
Thank you very much. -
