Hello,
How do I rotate horizontal text in "OpenOffice text" by turning it completely?
In "OpenOffice draw", I have an image that I can rotate; I select it, copy it, paste it, and it lands in the right place in the text.

    Hello
    Once the text is entered using the text tool in the Drawing toolbar of Writer (view>drawing toolbar):
    Select the text with the mouse pointer by clicking once
    A frame appears with "handles"

    Right click>Position and Size >Tab "Rotation":
    In Rotation angle, change the "Angle" value
