Virus securité firewall in compatibilité

journée de la gentillesse donc je suis confiant pour mon premier post
excusez moi pour la formulation
car je ne suis pas sur d'avoir tout compris les faits :
le parefeu Windows est desactive
erreur0x80070422
les deux antivirus defender et spy boat sont desactivés et ne veulent pas se reactiver
oui je fais confiance à l 'éditeur et je souhaite activer cette application
l' info ci dessous peut peu être aider un expert
