TNT Delivery

Hello,
I ordered some items on Amazon with express delivery via TNT Express.
Since this morning, there has been a lot of activity on the tracking.
Out for delivery 11/10/2015 12:58
Departed for delivery 11/10/2015 09:03 PAU
Arrived at the destination agency 11/10/2015 08:32 PAU

It's 2 PM and I still haven't been delivered, is that normal?

Configuration: Windows 8.1 (x64)

    Well yes, if you are the last on his route, you would probably be delivered in the late afternoon... The guy surely doesn’t have just one package to deliver.

      I ask because I've only heard negative reviews about this carrier. I was wondering until what time they deliver.

      In general, until 6 PM. After that, what can happen is that the delivery person doesn't ring the bell and just puts the delivery notice directly in your mailbox. But don't worry, you will get updates about your package, it's still well organized at TNT :)

      A run, they say that you are not present, lie!!!! And deliver to the pickup point!!!! When calling customer service, they can't do anything, they just take money on top of that because it's 20 cents a minute!!!
