Hello,
I AM UNABLE TO OPEN THE DVD AND CD DRIVE OF MY COMPUTER
CAN ANYONE HELP ME

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 46.0.2490.80

    Hello,

    On any CD or DVD drive, there is a manual opening,
    you should normally find a small hole on the front of the drive;
    Insert a paperclip and push!
    Your drive will open.

      Hello everyone,
      I have the same problem with my Aspire E17 laptop, there is indeed a slot but I think it's fake, and I am very angry because I bought it yesterday, and I didn’t ask the seller because it seemed logical to me that there would be a DVD slot!!!
