Wi-Fi connection issue with Nokia Lumia 520

Solved

Hello :)
I recently bought a Nokia Lumia 520.

When I try to connect to my Wi-Fi network, it says "Incorrect password" even though it's the right one. (I've checked several times by showing the characters)

I took it to Nokia. They kept it for an update. But when I got it back, the problem persists.

I tried changing my Wi-Fi password, nothing.
The problem might be with my modem (Sagem Fast 2404)

This is my first Windows Phone... I'd like to get the opinion of a more experienced user than me.
Thanks in advance :)

Check your network key in your mobile settings; that's probably the problem.

    Hello,

Moreover, have you tried putting all the letters of your Wi-Fi code in uppercase or all in lowercase? This can sometimes cause issues.

Otherwise, there are the classics, be careful of the differences between 0 and O, between l and I, etc.

If there are no improvements, I suggest you try another Wi-Fi network to see if the problem lies with your phone.
Also, are you able to connect with another phone/computer to your Wi-Fi?

A password is requested while it is the code for the boxing.

I really tried. Plus, my password is very short, so I really can't be mistaken.

I can log in with my laptop, iPad, and iPod Touch without any problem.

I will try to connect on another WiFi as soon as I can.

    I had the same problem.
You have to turn off the phone, turn it back on, and the connection will be established.
