I ordered 3 dresses that I paid 66 euros plus 15 euros in shipping fees to receive my package 3 days later
What they don't mention on the site is that there are additional customs fees, it's a big scam, believe me. I'm receiving messages from them saying the package is on its way but I have to pay an additional 24 euros on top of the order, otherwise I won’t receive my package. Moreover, to find out where my order was, I, like an idiot, called RoseGal who transferred me to a DHL delivery person, and the call cost me 45 euros 66 on my phone bill
When the delivery person came, I refused my package and sent 3 emails to RoseGal to tell them that I wanted to be fully refunded or that they return the package to me for free. I won't let this go given what I paid, don't get scammed, it's a total scam.

What a disappointment!!! I received my Christmas decoration 30 days after ordering. So it will be for Christmas 2019..... Well, given the quality of the products and the packaging, this will be my first and last order with Rosegal.

Hello, as for me, I don't know Rosegal but I ordered from Sammydress and honestly, I have nothing to say on the men's side, just one thing: don't order shirts because the sleeves are short, and don't order jeans because the sizes don't really match. Take one size up. For me, I am very satisfied with this site even though I think the shipping costs are a bit high.

ROSEGAL should be avoided in my opinion. Too many disappointed, unhappy people who did not receive their goods and also faced customs and shipping fees.
Let's stick to more reputable sites. In my opinion, they are scammers, especially since their fabrics seem .... very "low quality".

Honestly, I received my package yesterday after 10 days of ordering. The items were very different from the photos. A real scam. Moreover, I had to pay DHL $40 for customs. Completely disappointed, I think this is my first and last order on Rosegal; the stuff didn't fit me at all, very different from what I imagined. This site is not recommendable; especially, never buy wigs from the sites advertised on Facebook, I ordered some and they sent me real trash.

After a first order that went very well, I re-ordered dresses for Christmas and that’s when the problems started.

Since my last order, I have moved. I therefore changed the address during the order. Two days later, I receive an email confirming the shipment to my old address. I immediately contacted them because I no longer live there. Their response: you made a mistake, and since the item has been shipped, we can’t do anything.

I told them again that the error was theirs and that since they are the sender, it’s up to them to contact Colissimo.

For two days, they keep insisting that I made the mistake despite the proof that I didn’t, they keep telling me that it’s up to the customer to check before ordering (which I had done), that I need to deal with Colissimo, that it’s shipped so they can’t do anything, even though the package hasn’t even been handed over to La Poste yet (I contacted Colissimo). However, their website tracking shows that the package is already at the destination airport, it’s a joke!

And today, a last surprise: the package that should have been delivered within 7 to 10 days and therefore before the 22nd is now scheduled between the 24th and the 30th. Result: €50 spent, including €10 in shipping for party dresses, which I will receive after the holidays... if I receive them one day!

For my part, I just received my first order. Extremely disappointed: poor quality, a dress whose ruffles were supposed to be asymmetrical but turned out to be completely straight and classic, the materials are nothing like what was promised, a sweater with the collar sewn upside down... In short, unwearable! I want to return it for a refund: I'm told that I will only be "partially refunded (meaning, on a bill of 52 euros, I'm being offered a refund of 17 euros !!!!!)
I really do not recommend this site!

Still waiting for delivery for over a month and still receiving texts in English despite requesting translation. I believe this will be the first and last time I order!! Rosegal has processed my order and still no delivery.

Hello, I placed my first order with Rosengal around July 20, 2021. Everything was available and I was charged immediately for an amount of 94 euros and some cents. It was quick, and I still haven't received my items. When I send them emails asking why I still don't have my order, they tell me that the product is at the collection point near my home. I go there every day despite being very ill, and every day I get the same answer: there is no package from Rosengal. When I ask for explanations from Rosengal, they tell me that if you do not come to pick up the package in time, they supposedly destroy it. Unlike Amazon, these are THIEVES. I strongly advise against this site, which is a scam.
