Track my package starting with RC

Hello everyone, I ordered clothes from sammydress on September 28th, and on October 1st my order was shipped with the tracking number: RC451303151NL
Sammydress informs me that the package can be tracked on the netherlands post website, but no matter how many times I enter my tracking number correctly, it tells me it cannot find anything....
Have you ever had a package starting with RC and ending with NL??

      Thanks for the link!! A friend has already ordered from the site once without any issues and the package arrived 15 days later
      It's been 3 weeks for me and my tracking number is not valid on any site grrrr
