Good evening. Actually, I have a problem with eMule because of my firewall, so I would like to know how to disable my firewall to use eMule correctly. (...all my transfers are really slow and take longer than expected...) Thank you all and have a good evening
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

    Hi,
    what firewall are you using?
If it's the Windows firewall, then launch eMule, go to 'preferences', in the list on the right go to 'connections', you should see a button 'open these ports in the firewall'. Press that button and then the one above it 'port test' to see if it's good.

Hello. I just installed eMule but I'm having a small issue with a firewall. In fact, my Kad network doesn't want to connect: it says "status: Behind a firewall." I have Windows XP and Internet Explorer 7.0. Thanks everyone.
