    Hello,

    If it's WinXP, the error log (Event Viewer) can be disabled in the services... as well as the Error Reporting.

    => Start menu -> Run, launch the command services.msc to access the console.

    Look for the line "Event Log", right click -> Properties -> Startup type -> Disabled.

    Same for the Error Reporting service...
