Hello,
upon opening my computer, I saw that I am no longer protected by AVAST FREE ANTIVIRUS. I wanted to update it, but I received the message "the AAVM subsystem has detected an RPC error."
to me, it's Chinese : I do not understand what it means and I do not know how to fix this error.

Big difficulties. I can only open Windows in safe mode. When I try to repair it, it doesn't work. I'm going to wait until Christmas so my son can see all of this a bit. Desperate.
