Hello, I have a Freebox that displays the time. I have a first laptop that is connected via Wi-Fi and it works well, but I also have a second desktop PC running Vista that I want to operate via Wi-Fi because it is not in the same room as the box and cannot be connected via an Ethernet cable.
I contacted FREE who made me buy a dongle, but I don't know how to start it up because I don't have a driver for this key.
Since this morning, I've called FREE 6 or 7 times but I haven't received a satisfactory response.
Who can help me????
A huge THANK YOU to those who understand my problem.

    When it is connected to the PC, does it appear in the Device Manager? like here:

      Right-click -> Properties -> Details -> Hardware ID
      With the values provided, we will probably be able to find the driver in question.

        Thank you for your valuable advice, but I believe it's a key issue; I contacted Free again, and they will send a technician to my home.
        Thanks again.
