Create TV breakdown

Hello,

I have a smart TV that I bought two weeks ago! Big black marks have appeared on the screen! The screen is unusable for watching movies or playing on the console.
I took it back to the store and they said it would be a problem with the panel and it isn't covered by the warranty! I really feel let down! It’s a smart TV!
The salesperson informed me that a motherboard failure could fix the issue!
Do you know how I could create a motherboard failure? Because losing 1200€ in two weeks really hurts, especially since I had saved up for a while!
Thank you in advance for your replies.
Best regards,

Hello,

A new device broken and not covered by warranty? That's something!

I highly recommend that instead of trying to fix a "problem" that is likely to be detected as fraudulent by the technicians, you post your issue on http://droit-finances.commentcamarche.net/ where you're more likely to get an appropriate response.

People who fight can lose. People who don't fight have already lost.

Yes, as previously mentioned, it is new or almost (2 weeks). It worked very well for a week and a half and then suddenly, all of a sudden, big black spots formed on the screen. My problem is that the selling store does not cover this malfunction... and neither does the brand according to them! So I'm really frustrated!

Not stupid either ;-))

<edit> However, if all this hasn't changed, it's your seller who owes you the warranty... He then goes back to his seller, etc...</edit>
