Blocages suite à un entretien du pc

Bonjour,

Bonjour,

La semaine derniere j' ai fait l' entretien hebdomadaire du pc (mise à jour des logiciels, utilisation demalwararebyte, ccleaner, etc...)
Depuis, mes sessions se bloquent constamment au bout d' un certain temps (et qui n' est pas tout le temps le meme). Peut etre ai-je donc supprimé quelque chose qu' il ne fallait pas.

Pourriez vous m' aider ?

Salut,

On va essayer de restaurer ton Pc à une date antérieure au problème :
  • Dans le menu démarrer, entre Restauration du système et fais Entrer
  • Clique ensuite sur "Choisir un autre point de restauration"
  • Une liste devrait apparaître, choisis alors un point de restauration antérieur au problème
  • Une fois que tu as choisi le point de restauration, tu peux cliquer sur Rechercher les programmes concernés afin de savoir quels programmes seront supprimés
  • Puis, clique sur Suivant et sur Terminer afin de confirmer la restauration

Par contre, je ne trouve pas de date anterieure au probleme
j' avais essayé cette solution la semaine derniere mais ca n' avait rien donné

Ok ...

On va vérifier tes fichiers Windows :
  • Dans le menu démarrer, tape CMD et exécute-le en tant qu'administrateur.
  • Entre la commande sfc /scannow

c' est fait !
Il a trouvé des fichiers endommagés mais n' a pas pu tous les réparés
