Outlook Font Size - Unexplained Phenomenon

Hello,

I currently have a font size issue with Outlook.
Let me explain:
When I prepare a message, the body of this message is infinitely small and unreadable at size 12.
The characters only start to be legible from 110!!
If I copy the message into WORD, the text returns to its correct size.
If I send my message at size 10, for example, my message is completely unreadable on my end but perfectly readable upon receipt.

This is a phenomenon I have never encountered. Can anyone help me?

    Apparently a zoom issue:

    You press Ctrl and scroll the mouse wheel forward.
