After reflection, I'm thinking that it may not be a group or a duo but just a singer because the female voice only repeats the chorus, a bit like a backing vocalist. I'm desperately searching on my end. To me, it sounded like someone like Peter Kingsbery or Peter Gabriel, but no matter how much I listen to their songs, I can't find it. I'm currently listening to Simple Minds' songs; the style resembles what I'm looking for.
