OffSpon.exe ? Solved

Question

Hello everyone, since this morning when I tried to turn off the computer, a certain OffSpon.exe prevented me from doing so. So I forced it to close, and it went smoothly, but I would like to know what this OffSpon.exe is. I should mention that it did the same thing to me a while ago, but I thought it was a bug.

Is it a virus?

I seem to have nothing at startup, and like I said, it doesn't happen all the time actually  What do you mean by disabling it?
