Sound issue on Techwood TK3210GHX TV

The TV has no image problems, but the sound doesn't work anymore. When we plug in headphones to the jack, the sound works, but not on the speakers.

I've looked in the menu, reset the settings, but nothing works.

I've tried everything: changing the sound settings in the menu, turning the TV off and on again, plugging/unplugging the cables in the back.

Try unplugging from the power source, wait 15 minutes and plug it back in.
Or perform a factory reset.
