How to know if my number is blocked?

Hello
I think my number is blocked. I'm trying to contact someone
but when I call them, I go to their voicemail
and when I send texts, I receive the delivery receipts
My questions?
If my number is blocked, does the delivery receipt mean that this person receives my texts? But I can't know if they view them.
And are the texts automatically deleted? Or do they stay in their inbox?
Is it only because this person has their phone on that we receive the delivery receipts?
And for calls? Are voicemails kept in memory or deleted right away?

      the sent SMS has been delivered
      what does that mean?

      Read, no, received yes.

      "Delivered" or "received" means that normally, the phone on the other end has indeed received the message.

      On the other hand, the person may not receive calls due to poor reception for example... In that case, the SMS go through without any problem.
