    Hello,

    It's OSD and not ODS

To unlock it, press the 'MENU(OK)' key for more than 10 seconds when there is a video input from the PC.

    Hoping this helps you out.

Thank you for your reply. I did as you told me, but I couldn't remove the "OSD main controls locked" message from my screen.

    Re,

    There must be a "Thing"

-- Two conditions are required to cancel this message.

1° Press the "Menu" button for 10"

2° Have a video signal at the input... I think that's the problem.

There is no signal... This should be checked with another screen...??

The cable may have a break.... A pin in the connector may be bent, broken, or retracted.... the PC's graphics card output is not working...?

Here are some things to look at...

It's new and it has been working for a long time... or is it a new installation..??

    Hello,

If by chance your problem is still актуальный or for others facing this breakdown.

The issue comes from a defect or wear of the front push buttons.
    ( of this type: http://cdn3.composant-electronique-pas-cher.com/292-large_default/-mini-interrupteur-a-bouton-poussoir-6x6x5mm-4-pin-dip.jpg )

You just need to buy the corresponding push buttons. Available in any electronic components stores. They are about €0.30 each.

Then, you remove the cover from your screen.
( these videos may help you to disassemble without breaking:

Then all you have to do is desolder and solder with the new push buttons.

This takes a bit of repair time, a few euros, but your screen will work again and it gives a second life to the equipment!

    Happy repairing.
