LG Screen Power-On Issue: "OUT OF RANGE"

Hello,
I just bought a new LG screen.
I did all the connections and it says: "D-sub Out Of Range 63.9 kHz / 60 Hz" on a black screen.
What should I do to get it to turn on??
Can someone help me??

    lower the resolution of the emission signal

    Hello,

    Plug your PC into another screen, change the resolution to 1024x768, and then reconnect it to your screen; it should work.

      I have the same problem but it's still not working, I did as you said. :-/
      It used to work very well until I launched CS:GO :-/
