Cut the music remotely

Good evening, is there an app that could cut off the music playing on another phone remotely from my phone because I'M TIRED OF LOUD MUSIC AT 2 AM

        So I suggest you refer to the CCM charter.

        The other way: invite the neighbor for a beer (or something else) and chat, get to know each other. After a while, talk to him about music (with humor) and you will undoubtedly find a solution ;)
