Hello,
So here it is, I recently bought a Kingston 120GB SSD. I already have one that I got directly with the computer purchase on TopAchat with the configomatic. When I received the computer (tower), it already had Windows 7 installed (now I have Windows 10). Anyway, I got a second one (exactly the same) for gaming, etc. Unfortunately I connected it to a SATA cable and the other one over there, the power cable I think. But it doesn’t work, let me explain: The SSD is present in Device Manager but not in This PC where you can see the different hard disks. In the SSD properties it says: Unmigrated device and I don’t know what that means!
To help you, I’ve already tried:
- Trying another SATA cable
- Connecting it to another SATA port
- I’ve already looked in the BIOS to see if the port was disabled, but no.
I hope that’s clear and thanks for helping quickly!
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 44.0.2403.157
