Hello Rikano,

page 2 is filled to the point of exceeding the bottom margin you set.
This page 2 ends with a table but is necessarily followed by an empty paragraph. Start by showing the formatting marks (Home tab, "¶" icon). You should see the ¶ mark at the top of page 3.

There are several solutions to solve your problem that all involve a bit of tweaking:
1. Since we cannot delete the very last paragraph mark ¶, you can select it and set its size to 1 pt. That might be enough (you type 1 and hit Enter in the font size box).
2. You can reduce the height of the lines "Affaire" and "Système", which, in any case, are higher than the lines of the other tables.
3. You can slightly reduce the height of the last table.
4. You can slightly reduce the size of the empty paragraphs (¶) between the tables or text by 1 or 2 points. If they are 10, change them to 8.

Avoid reducing the bottom margin and footnote position as this affects other pages.

Note that I have only seen your document through the preview in DropBox. I haven't downloaded it because I avoid those sites that require us to sign up to access a document.
