Infecté par trojan.nebuler

bonjour norton ma dit apres l'execution d'un fichier telecharger que j'etais infecté par trojan.nebuler depuis j'ai perdu ma connexion sur la machine infectée et certains programmes ne s'executent plus. j'ai trouvé un pb sur ce trojan sur CCM mais la personne était sous windows XP et avait sa connexion. Ma machine tourne sous vista / firefox. j'espere que vs pourrait m'aider a résoudre ce pb nouveaux pr moi.

voici ce que hijack this me dit mot pour mot avant le scan:
