Hello,
here's my problem:
For some time now, I haven't been able to access my "1fichier.com" account
Even though I have a premium account there.
I'm on W7 and browsing with Firefox.
Strangely, I was able to connect with Chrome which I just installed for a test.
My goal is to uninstall this browser. (I want to continue browsing with Mozilla as I have for many years).
I was also able to connect with IE.
Is there a kind soul who can help me connect again with my favorite browser?

Hi

I have a solution but I believe it may not completely work but it's worth a try:
Launch Firefox
Open the menu located in the top right (symbolized by three horizontal bars)
Choose Options
Click on the Advanced tab and then on the Network tab below
Click on Settings...
Choose the No proxy option and confirm by clicking OK.

Check Automatically detect proxy network settings
OK>apply

Hello,

empty the Firefox cache:

tools
options
advanced
network tab
cached web content
clear now

Delete cookies in Firefox:

tools
options
privacy
show cookies
remove all cookies

Restart Firefox.

  Yes, I haven't encountered any issues elsewhere! (well, I haven't noticed any)!
  Note that in what you asked me to do,
  tools
  options
  privacy
  show cookies
  delete all cookies
  I couldn't find "show cookies" but only
  "You might want to clear your recent history or delete specific cookies."
  So I clicked on "delete specific cookies" then "delete all"

What does the repair function do?

All your Firefox settings and personal information are kept in a profile folder. The repair works by creating a new profile folder for you while keeping your essential data.

The add-ons that are normally stored inside the Firefox profile folder, such as extensions and themes, will be removed. Add-ons stored in other locations, such as plugins, will not be removed, but all modified preferences (such as plugins you have disabled) will be reset.
Firefox will save the following items:

 your bookmarks
 your browsing history
 your passwords
 your open windows, tabs, and tab groups
 your cookies
 your web form autofill information
 your personal dictionary 

These items and settings will be removed:

 add-ons and themes, website permissions, modified preferences, added search engines, download history, DOM storage, security settings for certificates and devices, download actions, plugin settings, toolbar customizations, user styles, and social features will be removed. 

Note: your old Firefox profile is backed up on your desktop in a folder named "Old Firefox Data". If the repair does not fix your problem, you can restore some of the unsaved information by copying the files into the newly created profile. If you no longer need this folder, it is better to delete it as it contains sensitive information.

is working again!

What do I need to do to recover all my previously opened tabs when I close Mozilla? (so that they reopen as they were at the time of closing)
