Energy saver stuck on Cross Call Core M4

Hello, I have tried to find a solution to my problem on various sites, forums, the manual, etc...
and I have not found a solution to my problem.

I just acquired a Cross Call Core M4 and the power-saving mode is stuck between normal mode and power-saving mode.

- Everything is in black and white but I am on the normal home screen with access to all my applications

- The shortcut icons on the notification screen are missing, including the one to disable the mode

- The phone settings are restricted (network, connected devices, display, sound, control,
parental and Google)

- When I press the back button to go to the home screen, at the bottom center of the phone, the screen of the eight icons of power-saving mode briefly displays an error message that says "PowerSavingMode keeps stopping" with two choices: "app info" or "close the app," then I return to the normal home screen and mobile data is disabled

Attempts made:

- Turn off and turn back on

- Ask the voice assistant to disable the power saver (it shows me the on/off button for the power saver but it doesn't change anything when I press it and it stays off.)

- Reset the phone by pressing power/volume up (it restarts the phone but doesn't change anything and all the files are present

- Wait for the automatic activation of the power saver at less than 20% battery and tried "cancel" and "activate"

- Toggle the automatic mode of the power saver

- Check for updates (there are none)

- Force stop the program

- etc...... and other things I don't remember, but not many

If you have any leads or solutions, they will be welcome! I don't particularly want to send it back to the support service.

Thank you in advance for your responses!

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 85.0.4183.83

I also have the same problem except that I rebooted it via volume down/power and it worked for a week.

The solution is to choose "app info"; "storage"; "clear data"

Normally, by returning to the menu (by pressing the central "home" button), the battery saver menu should work properly again

So I had to send it to customer service... they did the updates and rebooted the system.
