Hello,
I was looking to protect access (in execution) to the macros I record with a password. So I created a test VBA project (in Word 2010) that I (unfortunately) saved in "normal," a project protected by a password. This was before the holidays, and since then, I can no longer find the password.
As a result, I can't delete my test macro (which is useless), nor can I save other macros in normal...
Interestingly, when I go to "macros/manage" in the "macros" tab, my test macro doesn't appear either in the open file or in "normal."
Since then, I've been scouring forums to either crack the password or remove the protection, without success. I tried reinstalling Office, successfully, but it carefully kept my mistake.
If anyone has a solution to this problem, they will take a thorn out of my side.
Thank you in advance
Configuration: Windows Vista / Firefox 39.0
