Hello,

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 39.0

I have a Lumix camera with the Photosunstudio software. I just changed computers and had previously made a backup.

Not being a pro, I may not have done things properly. When I open Photofunstudiio after transfer, I find the file "my documents" there. I cannot delete it; otherwise it will disappear from my file explorer. My old PC was XP and I am currently using Windows 8.1

Please explain in simple, clear language for non-professionals.

    Hello

    A program does not transfer like a document; you have to install it.
    use the CD provided with the camera.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your reply. The program has been reinstalled successfully. But Photosun was registered under "my documents" and I think that’s the root of my problem!

    Thank you for your reply. Before reinstalling, can you tell me where the photos that are on Photosunstudio are saved on my PC because I don’t want to lose them.
